Each person's body responds uniquely, so it's advisable to begin with a lower potency and gradually raise it to align with your requirements.

• ADULT use ONLY,
• Brew one-two tea bag in 1/2 cup of boiling water! NO MORE THAN 5oz max!
• Cover cup and let steep for at least 15 minutes or until water is dark. The darker the brew, the stronger, rewarm if needed or ice.
  • TIP: The darker the water and the longer you steep, the stronger the tea will be.
• Use every day or every other day
• Although you can drink any time of the day, we recommend drinking 1 cup of DETOXme Slimmimg Tea each night before bedtime, for best results.
• The tea typically activates 2-7 hours later. (Be close to the restroom) If for any reason it hasn’t activated, repeat steps using two tea bags
• Sweeten or dink to your liking (add honey, lemon etc.)
• DETOXme Slimmimg Tea is consumed hot or iced, but it must be made hot and steep first.
• Do not exceed recommended dose.
